Hampton Park Family Session

I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest, and very photogenic, family a few weeks ago. The all met in Charleston for their mother’s 60th birthday! They were super sweet and thoughtful when they surprised her with a photo session with the whole family; they traveled from as far away as Texas and New Jersey (and nearby Georgia) to celebrate her birthday. I would say this was a great gift that she will treasure for years and years to come. We decided to meet at Hampton Park, which is one of downtown Charleston’s most beautiful parks with gorgeous old oak trees (that remind me of John’s Island’s “Angel Oak”), so it was the perfect setting for this family’s photos.
