Charleston SC Maternity Photographer

Seriously, I had such an amazing maternity session with this glowing mama! One of my good friends Ally ,you may know her from Home by Ally, asked me to travel to take her maternity photos for her since she has been on a traveling restriction this pregnancy. I was more than happy to travel to her and take photos of this gorgeous glowing mama! We had fun getting in the water and getting some beautiful shots of her and her baby bump! We actually had to battle the waves, (safely) but it was so worth the beautiful images and I know that she will make the images we got of her look perfect in little Landon’s nursery! Which by the way you have to check out Ally’s amazing page Home by Ally here, specifically this is a link to little Landon’s nursery she has so perfectly styled and photographed. She is also all over pinterest so you may already know who she is!
Side note: Check out her amazing photos of her entire house! I love her cute DIY ideas and her Christmas decorations are neutral and very shabby chic.
Anyways, I know her and Ryan are going to be amazing parents and I can’t even begin to express how excited I am for them. Congratulations Ally and Ryan! I can’t wait to meet your little man! Here are some of the images from our session at the beach..

Hello! Thank you for visiting! I’m Melissa, a lifestyle family and maternity photographer servicing Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. To me a photo session is more than just smiling at the camera. I want to capture the personalities and playfulness of each member of your family. The way that your daughter grabs her daddy’s pinkie while walking. The way your son plays with your necklace when you hold him close. The way you and your husband giggle at each other when your child does that goofy toothless smile. Those are the timeless moments I want to capture! One day those memories will fade but the photos will carry on.
