Meet Melissa Hunt
Bringing Your Story to Life You likely landed on my website in search of the perfect Charleston family photographer. Or maybe you’re looking for the best maternity photographer in the Charleston area who can really tell YOUR story. That’s exactly what I do.
My name is Melissa Hunt and I’m passionate about storytelling through the lens of a camera. When you work with me, I’ll meet you at your favorite location and harness the power of natural light to shoot incredible photos you’ll cherish forever.
And while I enjoy spontaneity and the natural evolution of photography, I also use over 20 years of photography experience to make sure I get it right for you and your family. That’s also why I use multiple cameras and lenses to tell your story, because equipment matters.
But most importantly to me, the best images are driven by emotion. YOUR emotions.
Capturing that emotion is the key to creating images that feel organic and never posed.
After all, no two families are exactly alike, so why would you want your photos to look like everyone else’s?
With that approach, along with a dash of style and the perfect rugged terrain, the right photographer can create truly stunning photos of your family.
To be that photographer, I offer three packages designed to fit you. Each package includes digital images, styling from me and from Style and Select. You want to look and feel your best when you hire a photographer. I make sure you do with these specialized style services for your entire family.
Every time I pick up the camera, I think about your family chatting over food and drinks taking a walk down memory lane and shifting through the images I take for you. I envision how you’ll laugh, smile, and maybe even shed a tear or two thinking about the memories you’ve made together.
Oakley Photography serves clients in Summerville, Charleston, Kiawah Island, Goose Creek, West Ashley, Daniel Island, and Mt Pleasant. I am available for travel per request. Please contact me at email@example.com for travel requests.
